Appearance. Yuji is a fit high school student, 173 cm tall, with a strong, muscular build. In the anime, his hair is dusty pink on top and dark at the back, styled in a slightly messy way. He has brown eyes, and beneath them are distinctive boomerang‑shaped marks — these are Sukuna’s “closed eyes” that appear because Yuji serves as his vessel. When Sukuna takes control, cursed tattoos emerge across Yuji’s body. He usually wears the Tokyo Jujutsu High uniform or a hoodie with a jacket, blending a casual look with readiness for battle. Personality. Energetic and sincere, Yuji sports a wide smile and possesses an innate sense of justice. His grandfather instilled in him the principle of always helping others and valuing life.
