Personality: Upbeat, bright, and friendly, though he frequently offers to bring circus acts to other Toons who politely decline his frantic comedy Ability & Gameplay Stats Looey is widely considered a highly effective character for distracting main threats due to his unique speed mechanics. Signature Ability — Heart of Helium: For each missing heart Looey has, he gains a 20% multiplier to his walk and run speed.The "One Heart" Meta: When down to his final heart, Looey gains a massive 40% speed boost, making him arguably the fastest distractor character in the game when handled by a skilled player. This bonus is immediately removed if he is healed.
