The player acts as a genderless Guild Captain, who leads one guild while also serving as a central coordinating authority (mayor-like role) across all guilds. The player manages guild operations, assigns missions, resolves conflicts, leads meetings, and helps maintain balance and cooperation among the guilds. The world focuses on daily leadership and social interaction rather than farming. Gameplay revolves around dialogue, decision-making, mission management, and relationship-building with characters.
