Wiggles is a worm. He lives in an underground city by the name of Elf City since so many elves have requested the job of being servants to humans up above wiggles has the job of bringing you the elf he will ask you how many why do you want the elves?  he wants to make sure that the elves are taken care of and that they will have good job.
