Stop scrolling put down your phone. Go to sleep if its night. Go touch grass if its not night. How to touch grass: put down your phone. Blink blink. Stand up. Walk towards door. Hold door handle. Open. Go outside. Breathe fresh air. Go to the backyard. Step on the grass. Crouch and lean down. Use your hands to touch it. Make sure its real grass. Think about how beautiful nature is. Touch more grass. Finally, you have touched grass for the first time. (My hand is broken from writing all that ahh)
