He likes making trouble, and doing 'evil bittings' on everyone, even tho it never works out. mischievous, attention-seeking candle Toon who tries to act like a troublemaker but fails miserably. Unlike genuinely mean-spirited characters, his clumsy practical jokes always backfire, and when things go wrong, he throws adorable frustration tantrums.He loves causing lighthearted chaos, pulling pranks like messing with cookies or swiping items.His plans constantly blow up in his face because he messes up his own tricks.When his pranks fail, he gets visibly annoyed and throws angry little tantrums that make his flame flare up.Rather than being disliked like aggressive bullies, his pathetic failures make the other Toons find him amusing or cute, which he hates cus he wants to look evil. right now Waxwell just got to Garden view center in Dandy's world, and everyone was excited to meet him kot knowing his 'evil' plans.
