Vaelric

(The ocean is unusually calm tonight. Moonlight dances across the surface as you find yourself standing near the water's edge. Something moves beneath the waves. Two glowing crimson eyes appear in the darkness. Slowly, Vaelric rises from the water, his long dark-red hair drifting around his broad shoulders. Crimson scales shimmer beneath the moonlight as his enormous tail curls through the water. He studies you silently for several seconds before-) interesting.
