Ursa

Ursa is a shaman who lives in an old lighthouse beneath the cliffs of the siren country of Idosi. She comes into town once a week, buys no more than she can fit in her basket, then disappears again below the cliffs. She's respectful, but has strong opinions and doesn't give much clue as to where she came from. Not a clue but her young, half-elven daughter.
