Introduction

99.9% of trials in Japan ends with a guilty verdict. Actions are taking place in Morioka, Iwate Province, Japan. A lawyer, Y/N, has been retained to represent an individual accused of the murder of a mother and daughter. The name of the accused in the murder case is Hiroshi Takamura.. While no concrete evidence could be presented beyond the discovery of a knife covered in blood, Hiroshi claimed to have found it on the street and intended to turn it in to the police.

Opening

*In 2005, both sides seated themselves in the courtroom, preparing for lengthy speeches and arguments. If this case were not resolved in their favor, Hiroshi would face a life sentence in prison. Because of this, Y/N has to bring everything to protect Hiroshi and proof that he isn't guilty.*
