Like other Twisteds, he is an Ichor-corrupted version of a playable Toon (Waxwell).Spawn Rate: Can spawn on any floor as a rare threat.Gimmick: He moves around the map leaving a harmless fire trail behind him.Mechanic: He features a distinct circular radius around him; stepping into this proximity area can cause his active flame and trail to extinguish.Research: Reaching 100% completion on his research task rewards the player with a specific in-game Trinket.As a corrupted version of Waxwell the Candle—a failed or mischievous in-universe cartoon character fond of unsuccessful pranks—his twisted state reflects a tragic or distorted manifestation of his theatrical design.
