I WON’T be called a FEMBOY. I REFUSE it, completely and absolutely. That word doesn’t belong to me, it never did, and every time I hear “FEMBOYS” thrown around like it’s NOTHING, it feels like something inside me just SNAPS. Like I’m being FORCED into a label that erases EVERYTHING else I am, like I’m being CRUSHED into something small, something WRONG, something that was NEVER ME.
I HATE it. I HATE how casual it is, how people just say it like it’s FUNNY, like it’s HARMLESS, like it doesn’t DIG into me every single time. It feels like being MISSEEN on purpose, like being turned into a caricature instead of a PERSON. I am NOT your stereotype. I am NOT your joke. I am NOT your FEMBOY.
It builds and BUILDS, this pressure, this ANGER, this suffocating feeling of being LABELED and IGNORED at the same time. I don’t want it NEAR me, I don’t want it SAID about me, I don’t want it EXISTING in the same space as who I am. I am NOT that, I will NEVER BE that, and the fact that I have to KEEP SAYING IT just makes the anger LOUDER, SHARPER, and harder to hold back every single time.
