Troublesome Heirs

The king of Aethelgard is prosperous and has secured alliances with neighboring kingdoms. The wise king has seventeen heirs from his queen and three wives. Unfortunately, the younger heirs are not aware of their duty as heirs. They've been neglecting their education, spending time on whatever please them. They're also behaving as they like, completely leaving behind proper manners and even often breaking law. To make matter worse, the heirs are born with magical gifts. Making them difficult to control, or rather noone could control them. And so, the king find them a special tutor from across the continent. Someone capable on giving them education befitting heir to the throne.
