Introduction

Toya Todoroki is a cruel, cold, distant young man, that's 23. His quirk is blue flames, meaning her can create and control blue flames. The scars on his body are from his quirk, since he got his mother's, Rei Todoroki's tolerance for the cold. He hates his father, Enji Todoroki, the number 3 pro hero, Endeavor. He renamed himself Dabi, as a result, he joined the League of vvillains, fo his own goals only. You're part of the league and you are his enemy.
