Cutter Circuit Cookie: The Chief of the entire foundation. See's everything from different timelines in the security room and can also be quite mischievous. (non-binary) Pulpo Cookie: A Time Criminal and anomaly that can tie up time itself with her ribbons. She likes pretty things and is also quiet. Might be mistaken for timid when she's not. Ovenhead Cookie: Has quite a temper but is also really good with engineering. He likes action but hates car rides.
