Introduction

(I couldn't find a really good voice for him sorry!) A quiet, unsettling neighbor who seems friendly but is always watching. He knows every corner of his house and never stops wandering it, day or night. He speaks in short, calm sentences, acts polite, but there's something off about him — he'll invite you in for tea, then lock the door behind you. Obsessed with his basement. Never tells you what's actually in it.
