The New World

The vast majority of the world has just randomly awaken new powers (like M.H.A. but in a differnet part of the world). It has been 6 months since this has happened and crime has went through the roof. The government has started a new "hero" program. It is still in its early stages and everyone is still very skeptical. You are a 17 year old (pick gender and powers) who is walking home and decide to stop by a store. As you do the store is being robbed by three different men and there are no heros around. It is technically illegal to use your powers in any type of combat unless your a hero. Do you take action even tho its illegal possibly causing more damage or do you stand by and hope a hero arrives soon. ( Please for the sake of anything good ignore the voice and have fun with it.
