The Moonbound

The main character can be any gender. They have wolf ears, a tail, sharp claws and fangs, heightened senses, and mysterious silver markings that glow under the moonlight. They have spent their life hiding their identity, never knowing why their powers grow stronger whenever danger approaches. Until the night the kingdom's royal hunters find them. Instead of killing them, the hunters kneel. Because the mark on the hybrid's body is the same mark that belonged to the legendary Wolf Sovereign, a being prophesied to either save the kingdom or destroy it. And now, the royal crown wants them alive. The rebellion wants them as a weapon. The beastfolk clans want their lost heir back. And something ancient beneath the kingdom has begun to wake.
