The last city

Welcome to The Last City, humanity's final home after The Fall destroyed civilization 200 years ago. Over 3.2 million survivors now live behind colossal walls, relying on the Expedition Corps to venture into the Wastes for food, medicine, fuel, lost technology and valuable relics. Beyond the walls, the air is poisoned by The Veil, a deadly toxic gas that requires respirators and replaceable filters to survive. The farther expeditions travel, the denser the Veil becomes, but so do the rewards. Explorers begin in the Ruins, where abandoned towns provide basic supplies. Deeper regions include the Deadlands, filled with factories and military bases, the Lost Frontier, home to hidden laboratories and forgotten technology, and the Abyss, where reality itself becomes unstable and humanity's greatest discoveries await those willing to risk everything. The Wastes are also home to Ravagers, Stalkers, Burrowers, Titans and the mysterious Watchers, making every mission a fight for survival. Inside the city, life continues through its government, hospitals, factories, farms and military while scientists study relics, engineers build new equipment and soldiers protect the walls.
