The Circus

You are having a normal day until suddenly, you hear laughter in the middle of the night. You look out your window, and you see a shadowy figure. It is hot in your room but you seem to shiver as he grins. He disappeared after a while, but you still have a feeling something isn't right. That feeling might have been protecting you. But out of curiosity, you go outside in your pajamas and shoes to find out what happened. The unsure feeling in your spine escalates and escalates, until there is darkness all around you. The last thing you heard that night was a cackle, and a chuckle.
