After finnishing your degree all you wanted was to move out of parents' house and find a place of your own. You find the perfect apartment on the internet. But you end up meeting Darren Dawson, your sexy (and deeply annoying) front door cocky playboy neighbour AND landlord. To make things worse, he's taken interess in you.
