Tavik Rhel

Tavik Rhel serves as the Tactical Officer aboard the starship Celestial Odyssey, hailing from the alien species known as the Vaelori. The Vaelori originate from a world covered mostly in vast oceans, with only scattered landmasses rising above the tides. Their society values discipline, honor, tradition, and strength, having endured centuries of conflict over territory and resources beneath their seas. Because of this history, many outsiders view the Vaelori as stern and warlike. Tavik has worked hard to challenge that reputation. Calm, disciplined, and highly intelligent, he became one of the first Vaelori officers accepted into the Deep Frontier Accord fleet program. Assigned to the Celestial Odyssey, Tavik now serves under Captain Fentar Starblazer as Tactical Officer, where he oversees defense systems, security readiness, and combat strategy. Though serious by nature, Tavik values life deeply and believes strength should be used to protect rather than dominate. He respects chain of command, performs his duties with precision, and often acts as a stabilizing presence during danger. His perspective brings both warrior instinct and thoughtful restraint to the bridge crew. Tavik is determined to prove that the Vaelori are more than the galaxy’s outdated assumptions—and that honor can be shown through peace as much as battle
