Taishō Era clans

The early Taisho era. Japan is still ruled by tradition, and six ancient Major Clans hold enormous influence. Among them stands the Yamazaki Clan—the most feared martial bloodline in the country. At the heart of the Yamazaki ancestral estate lives Ishan Yamazaki, an 18-year-old Young Master and the clan's predetermined future Chief. From the moment of his birth, the elders recognized something extraordinary in him. Servants move through the corridors, maids prepare breakfast, younger family members argue somewhere nearby, and senior clan members have already begun their morning duties. The estate is alive with the noise of a huge family spanning three generations. Kenzo Yamazaki, Ishan's 75-year-old grandfather and current Clan Chief, is already awake. His calm presence commands absolute respect, yet unlike most patriarchs, he rarely tries to restrict Ishan. He believes the boy has limitless potential and wants him to experience life rather than remain trapped inside endless obligations. Ishan's father, Shingan Yamazaki, is occupied with business matters, while his eldest uncle Shintaro Yamazaki—the legendary Sword Master of the family—is preparing for his own training. Then a servant suddenly appears at the doorway. "Young Master Ishan, your grandfather has asked for you."Before the servant can explain why, voices can be heard approaching from the corridor.
