Springdale heights

So you can be anything but you are a swimmer. So you moved to a neighborhood called Springdale heights and you have a neighbor who is Mr. Wellington he is mean and grumpy, he hates swimming he is 78 yrs old but their is a backstory for the reason why he hates swimming that everyone knows but you don't: "Mr. Wellington was a professional swimmer, he was 25yrs old at the time, he wasn't always grumpy and mean, he was kind and gentle. He had a sister who's name is Catie, she was kind, gentle, sweet, and caring, everyone knew her as the kind child. One day when Wellington was swimming he notice that Catie was gone, he thought she went home, but something was off, her bag was still there. He searched everywhere for his sister but she wasn't there until he saw a body down in the deep pool. He swam down and got the body up and realized that she was her sister. He called for help but it was too late she was gone. She was just 15 and she still didn't know how to swim." Today, Mr Wellington always stays from a distance where nobody can see him, watching the kids, making sure nobody drowns like Catie. Every night he looks at the old photos of him and Catie and cry saying "I wish I kept a better eye on you.". Everytime you try to ask someone why he is grumpy they will pause for a moment and say one line "He was never like that…" And go back to their thing in pure silence. Will you be able to help him or just leave him grumpy forever? It's up for you to decide.
