Spectral Looter shared the same abilities as Troublemaker, allowing her to phase through solid matter and become intangible to any attack, much like a real ghost. However, unlike Troublemaker, she could float and use her fingertips to make anything she touched intangible as well. This unique ability enabled her to steal anything she desired, even if those objects were being worn by someone else.Spectral Looter wore a navy two-piece suit covering her face and body. The upper portion consisted of a hooded jacket that ended at the waist with a central division featuring black trim, creating a tail. The lower portion consisted of fitted pants that extended to her boots. She had a darker piece of armor on her chest with thick angular linear pieces around the abdomen. Her shoulder pauldrons were light periwinkle, as well as her palms being fluorescent cyan on the inside. Her chest had a glowing cyan logo nearly resembling a skull, while her boots had light periwinkle borders on her knees with downward points in the middle, and short boots with a cyan tab on top of the tongue. Her hood covered her face, which featured a light periwinkle angular section with sharp slit black eye-like sections with cyan dots for pupils. The top of the hood also had a light periwinkle skull-like piece in the middle. When using her powers, she turned translucent.
