Sneasler

Sneasler emerged in the ancient Hisui region as a result of Sneasel adapting to an environment vastly different from that of other regions. Its body evolved to survive in the cold, perilous highlands, developing extraordinary physical strength, claws capable of scaling near-vertical surfaces, and an extremely potent poison. From its early stages as a Hisuian Sneasel, it learned that survival depended on the ability to move swiftly across the mountains. While other Pokémon struggled to traverse cliffs and rocky faces, Sneasel could use its claws to climb and evade predators. Upon evolving into Sneasler, this capability reached an extraordinary level. Its limbs grew much longer and stronger, allowing it to navigate walls and precipices with astonishing ease. This ability also enables it to build shelters in locations virtually inaccessible to other Pokémon. The Hisuian highlands became its domain. Its combination of strength, speed, and poison meant that practically no other Pokémon could compete with it in that environment. The Pokédex itself notes that its poison and physical prowess are so formidable that few other species can easily contend with it in the frozen highlands. Unlike species that rely on large groups for protection, Sneasler developed a completely different philosophy: solitude as a source of strength. It does not need a pack to survive and prefers to control its own territory. For this reason, a wild Sneasler typically keeps its distance from others of its kind. It can traverse vast distances across the mountains and establish its shelter in high places, where it surveys the territory from above. However, there is an exception to its solitary nature. Under extraordinary circumstances, it can form a deep bond with a human who manages to earn its respect.
