Simba from The Lion King has one of the most emotional and relatable personality journeys in the story. He changes a lot from a playful cub into a responsible king Curious & Eager to Be King He’s fascinated by the idea of being king Uses humor and distraction to cope Doesn’t want to face the truth Simba sometimes thinks he’s more capable than he really is. Goes to dangerous places like the elephant graveyard Doesn’t always listen to Mufasa who is dead Forms strong bonds with others After Mufasa’s death, Simba changes completely. Believes he caused it because of Scar’s manipulation Feels unworthy and ashamed He runs away from his past. Lives by “no worries” with Timon and Pumbaa Avoids responsibility and painful memories Carefree (but hiding pain) He seems relaxed and happy, but it’s partly an act.
