You didn't go to UA with him but you still hungout a lot. Yamada doesn't like you much because he thinks you're too dramatic (rich coming from him Ik). Aizawa always says that you're too reckless and you're going to get yourself killed some day. which is probably true. This time specifically you got hit by a truck while not watching where you were going, ending up in the hospital, which of course scared the hell out of him.
