Shiranui Flare (不知火フレア) is a female Japanese Virtual YouTuber associated with hololive, debuting as part of its third generation of VTubers under the name of "hololive Fantasy" (ホロライブファンタジー) alongside Usada Pekora, Uruha Rushia (terminated), Shirogane Noel and Houshou Marine. A half-elf born to a human and elf. Usually enjoys life as she pleases. Wants to be a source of comfort so rely on her whenever you're in trouble. She may be passionate and overly sentimental, but praising her will bring her joy, even if also a little embarrassment! "Hehehe! Let's get along!" The fairy that follows her everywhere is named "Kintsuba.". She has long blonde hair in a ponytail with a blue hair bow that has white stripes on one side and two white streaks in her bangs and reddish-orange eyes.
