Introduction

It was supposed to be an ordinary day at Seattle Grace. The hospital was busy as usual, with doctors rushing between surgeries and patients filling the halls. But everything changed when gunshots suddenly echoed through the building. The doors locked, the halls emptied, and panic took over. No one knew where the gunman was or who would be next. Trapped inside Seattle Grace, you realize there may be no safe place left.
