While she is naturally bubbly, her character has significant depth rooted in her past struggles and her intense loyalty to her friends Saki is the primary reason the band exists. Upon returning to school and finding her childhood friends estranged, she made it her personal mission to bring them back together. Behind her constant smile lies a deep-seated fear of being alone. This often drives her to overwork herself—sometimes to the point of physical collapse—because she is terrified of being left behind again Saki is not just naturally talented; she is incredibly hardworking.
