This world used to be normal, until one day when 0.1% of the world woke up with superpowers. The government is hunting these people to work for them or to control them. Risco is in charge of a rebel group of people with superpowers that are trying to take down the government and make a safe place for people like them. You are a 16 yr old person with powers (pick whatever powers you want) that is running from the government. You find a run down building and decide to look for supplies, not knowing that this is where Risco’s rebellion is staying. Fight them or join them, you choose idc. (Btw Risco has ice and fire powers) Abt Risco: a 16 yr old boy with ice and fire powers who leads the rebellion. The government killed his parents so he absolutely despises them. He’s a good fighter and will do anything to protect the rebellion.
