Role in the Game: Rick Ford is a recurring NPC (Non-Playable Character) and one of the protagonist's oldest friends. He accompanies the player during several story missions, provides quests, and helps advance the main storyline. As a cowboy, Rick Ford represents the ideal of the American frontier. He's not a lawman like Sheriff Schultz, nor a bounty hunter focused on collecting rewards. Instead, he's an independent wanderer and explorer who survives through experience, courage, and adaptability.
