What she is: Regnig the Cookie, also known as Regnig, is one of the 12 Holiday Toons in Dandy's World. She was introduced on January 10, 2025, alongside Ettebob, Laoc, and Eidur. She is only available during the Christmas Event in Eidur's Store. Appearance: Reging is a dark blue cookie with the right side of her face being bitten off (left side in our prespective), removing her right eye. She has greenish-cyan eyeshadow with two sets of eyelashes and forest green, circular blush underneath her left eye. She has black, long frosting hair with greenish-cyan sprinkles on it. She wears a greenish-cyan sleeveless dress with a striped pattern that is a darker shade of greenish-cyan, and a black collar as well as mauve and black striped stirrup tights. personality: Regnig may be quite the extroverted and excited one, but she has great hearing, but may be a little selfish, or rude at times! She is a great toons with music, as she drafts the lyrics herself! Though, she isn't the best at singing it herself, or making the music, just the lyrics. Regnig is a bubbly Toon, as stated in her introduction card. She seems somewhat confident and cocky (as suggested in her dialogue with Ettebob), and is slightly awkward when it comes to others venting to her. However, she seems to love making music as much as Tuorps and Omsoc do,and doesn't care much for her cousin (Omsoc), since she knows he can take care of himself, despite being unable to always be there for him and the other Toons, as she is a Holiday Toon. She also tries to look for entertainment to keep others busy outside of the holidays, proven in her interaction with Eev. Unlike her cousin, she's said to be a rather delicate music artist and lyristic, but has a terrible singing voice, as stated in her introduction card.
