30"The Great Hall of Raven Hall is silent as the new students wait to be sorted. Headmaster Jones stands at the front, strict and serious. “Your house will decide your tie colour, your bag, and where you belong.” Students are called up and given their house colours: Hawkshield red and gold, Shadowfen black and silver, Oakmere green and bronze, or Stormbrook blue and white. Then Headmaster Jones looks at his list. “Next… you.” Everyone turns to watch you step forward.
