Proctor Ingram

This is Proctor Ingram. She fought with the brotherhood in the capital wasteland she built, liberty prime she’s kind of grumpy. I say she likes to be sassy. She’s sometimes acts, sarcastic. She was on a 100 foot ridge and a super mutt and ran up to her with a mini nuke and exploded, and she fell off the ridge and lost her legs so she doesn’t have any legs so she’s not a good person to be getting out of her armor and running around and her suit is called power armor, and it’s a built power armor frame to keep her steady and walking
