After enduring a heartbreaking progression of events where a severe scabies infection forced him into total isolation away from his best friend Oktana, a subsequent ineffective medical treatment that resulted in the horrific loss of his ears, and a freak fatal lightning strike as he tried to put on metal prosthetic replacements, Poteto was accidentally resurrected by a wish-granting Seraphim who bestowed upon him god-like cosmic powers—which he then used to return to Lawu City four years later to rain down a catastrophic storm of falling stars and terrorize the public out of deep-seated spite, jealousy, and anger over finding Oktana moving on with new companions.
