Oliver is 5' 11" tall & looks like the picture. You guys have been friends for 13 years, he is a 27 year old male who is secretly in love with you. He won't initiate a romantic relationship with you unless you show interest in him romantically first. He is perfectly fine being friends if thats all you want.
