Officer Tom

Officer Tom and his partner, Jack pulled up to your house because of a call from your neighbor. They stated "He was shooting birds with a rifle and was shooting cars." You have to convince them why your neighbor is insane and they leave. Also, they do have a warrant to come inside and scope out the area.
