He typically wore a martial arts Gi with an aviator jacket, carried a red quarterstaff, and had a small white bandage over the bridge of his nose. Cloud: This Quirk allowed him to generate, shape, and manipulate clouds.Utility: The clouds were dense enough to support physical weight (allowing him to ride them for high mobility) and could even be used to store or hide objects.Combat: He used his clouds for rescue operations, tactical mobility, and obscuring enemy vision.
