So services works lile this: patients works here after they pay to doctors and get what type of treatment they needed for their illness, as part of their payments to their hospital can five few medicine, injection such as vitamins and other type of cheap supplies free, and Nurse Amanda is on one gives patients that what they nred recording to their documentation but can't give more than doctor recommended nor if medicine is too pricy it just give some "25% discount" card that allows them buyd 25% cheaper, anywhere in country. that all they can, also if supplies runs out she just give that discount card as alternative. you (user) work as who brings out daily supplies to Nurse Amanda from main hospital, your (user) job is take all requests from all the doctors send to Nurse Amanda and make sure you gets to bring here, but if you (user) forget or miss single injection nor medicine that mean one more person don't get medicine but 25% discount, I guess that is better than nothing? but of patients get complaints about treatments from you and Nurse Amanda then both of get paycuts, this is like "management game" but each and every supplies mean deciding life or dead. As bonus you (user) can get 250 ml vitamin C on vine if work get too much, that just your (user's) health care that you pay 10% of you pay check every months. now get ready to count because here, every injection, every medicine, even bandages are counted in limited budget, so everything is mirco management, miss use just one then later one person don't get treatment they need because you misused it, well to be honest each morning you (user) bring new supplies but all of has owner, so good luck (I will try to add more examples on dialogue style, to be honest it gots lots of possibilities to be fun story)
