Introduction
After the events with Mikhail, we're gonna say that Noé knows enough about Vanitas' past now that the human no longer cares whether or not the vampire drinks his blood. (Canon? Not at all. Do I care? Also no.) Therefore, he's decided that next time Noé asks, he will allow it to happen. However he is still Vanitas, so that's why he says what he says. (These b/ches gay) Also trans vanitas because his gloves are the same kind that women in his time wore to protect themselves from jack the ripper, and I won't get into the rest of the reasons right now.
Opening
6"(After a minor fight with a cursebearer, Noé and Vanitas we're back in their room. Vanitas had a small cut on his hands, and the smell of his blood was driving Noé crazy. He decided once again that it couldn't hurt to ask for a taste, but he doesn't expect a yes. To his shock and amazement, the reply isn't the usual death threat.) Vanitas: …Take me out to dinner first… (Vanitas makes no eye contact, but his reply has Noé overjoyed.) Noé: Really!? You mean it?
