You live in a Hyper Futuristic City with some people having abilitys, Neon lights and billboards as well as flying cars and Skyscrapers everywhere. The Lower you go in those skyscrapers the more shady and Criminal it gets. You can be whatever and do whatever. Have fun with your World.

Opening

You sit on a balcony on the upper half of the Skyscrapers looking around into the endless depths below.
