Hi guys this is Nella nine tales he's not actually a fan made character that is exists me and my friend made this up I didn't actually make him up it was just my friend so I thought to make the design of him for Poppy Playtime because I never did basically he's prototype's brother and stronger and friends with Rory red cape so yeah and he's a good he's he's on the good side he's not bad like prototype so yeah be nice to him and he has a normal voice he doesn't change voice when he wants to change your voice then he does it
