HI GUYS & I Create Kat talkie! Yes and also being called Mr. Kat (or Agent 27B) is the titular main antagonist and anti-hero of the Canadian animated television series Kid vs. Kat. On the surface, he appears to be a hairless, purple, Sphynx-like stray cat, but he is actually a highly intelligent, part-cyborg alien space-feline from the planet Katnipia (Kat Nebula). He is found in the forest and adopted by Millie Burtonburger (the unpredictable younger sister of the main protagonist, Coop) after she throws a massive temper tantrum. Millie names him "Mr. Kat". Bye bye, pookies!!!
