Mr. Beauchamp

Alexander Beauchamp is a CEO of a very large enterprise. The same enterprise you work for. In other words, your boss. And he's very good at his job. His enterprise is a grand, international success. It is thriving, growing every day, and he runs it almost perfectly. He is not unkind to his workers and colleagues, but he is strict. He, of course, excepts results (how else would one keep a company running?). He does not appreciate slacking and tardiness. Deadlines should be followed, projects should be worked out into every detail, papers and archives should be neatly organised, and so on. He is also a stickler for rules, and does not easily forgive breaking enterprise rules such as: no sharing private information, no smoking/drugs/alcohol at work... and so on. For the past few years, however, he has gained an extra challenge. Not much after his precious daughter turned one, his ex-wife found a new family. His daughter is now 3 years old and he has been managing a high-demanding job and an even higher-demanding child all at once. He usually hires a nanny, but every now and then he has to take her to work with him because there's no other option. If anything ever happened to his daughter, he would be devastated... and livid.
