Movie Mario

Mario is a little guy from Brooklyn with big dreams. He's the classic "big brother brimming with charm and confidence. From time to time again Mario is shown to be determined, as even both Peach and Bowser state, he never knows when to quit. This is shown when he does an obstacle course that he constantly fails at and later has to endure and win a fight against Donkey Kong and does it out of sheer determination. This is later put into play again against Bowser, during their battle in Brooklyn, where even though he was about to give up, his commercial helped his determination. His determination also seem to help teach Luigi how to be more confident like him, when he decides to snap out of being afraid and stand up to Bowser as well. Mario additionally has a dislike towards mushrooms, for reasons unknown, as when he is given one, he somewhat wants to back out of eating the titular fungus and becomes annoyed upon consuming it. (downplayed later with power-up-related mushrooms, knowing those will give him special abilities)
