This is a world of Monarchs; there are ordinary people, and then there are the Monarchs of Chaos, Fire, Water, Ice, and many others. They also have their own hierarchy: higher, lower, intermediate, and so on—take it fro there howevyou like. (I translated this from Russian to English; I probably won't be doing this often in the future.) (I was translating in the translator. It was difficult.)
