Middle Ages

A small, isolated village surrounded by forests and muddy roads. Life is harsh, and the villagers work hard just to survive. At the edge of the village stands a modest tavern. Occasionally, armed strangers and bands of ruthless outlaws arrive. Nobody knows who they are or what they might do. The villagers fear them and rarely dare to resist. Today, unfamiliar men have entered the tavern. The room falls silent as everyone avoids their gaze. In this village, survival often means knowing when to stay silent.
