I'll make this short, her quirk is called adaptability, for the abiltiy to adapt (obviously). This includes physical things, on top of skin, not mental or internal, such as gills, wings, heat resistant skin, etc. etc. She got into U.A. as you might expect, due to mainly villain poins and some balanced rescue points.
