Their partnership dissolved due to differing views on how to use their energy source, leading to a violent confrontation. The Eye Loss: This altercation resulted in Medkit losing his left eye. Defection: He subsequently fled Blackrock and is considered a traitor by them, often referred to as an "ENEMY" by other Blackrock members like Biograft.
